Contact Policy

When you attend an appointment ample time is given to your case both in the consultation and in most instances follow up work is done by the practitioner in order to provide the best advice and attention to your specific health challenges.

It is not possible or practical for the practitioner to answer questions between appointments unless it relates to the timing and taking of your medicines, or any issues you may be having with this. Bloodwork results will be interpreted at a rate of 15e per 15min.

Simple questions can be answered via email between appointments .

This Clinic policy is in the interests of fairness to all patients given that many of our patients have complex needs and so that the practitioner can apply the same level of attention and care to all patients.
